In this week’s learning material, one thing that I found interesting is technologies can play a significant role in reshaping the learning experience, process, and theories. With the rise of technologies, information, and an increase in connectivity between individuals and organizations, we are rethinking some of the traditional thoughts of learning. This includes a switch in cognitive operations and how we acquire knowledge (experience vs. pure understanding) (Siemens, 2005).
For the ‘Wonder’ part, the connection between individual learning and organization learning is something that I’m a little unsure of. Would organizational learning refer to learning in the context of a group or any organized facilities (i.e., schools or colleges)?
